Builder - Developer

I’ve been involved with real estate for close to 20 years now as a landlord and builder and developer. I focus primarily on residential spec homes, occasional custom homes for the right client and smaller commercial projects. As with the CPA firm, the point is not to be a large volume builder but rather to do high quality projects that I enjoy and am proud of when they are done. It could be more profitable to build a subdivision, but it wouldn’t be as enjoyable.

I work with a recurring set of partners on the investor side as well as the design and construction side, utilizing the same high quality trades over and over. The goal is not to get rich today but rather build something lasting for everyone involved.
