What Does Business Advisory Actually Mean?

Business advisory is the process of using your financial information to understand what is happening in the business, what could happen next, and what you should consider doing about it.

The question determines the analysis—not the other way around.

Financial information is only useful if it changes what you do. My role is to help you understand the numbers, identify the important questions, evaluate the alternatives and understand the financial and tax consequences before you make the decision. I’m not preparing an expensive consulting report or length “deck”. I’m here to help you get to the answers.

That might mean looking at a monthly P&L.

It might mean building a forecast.

It might mean figuring out why sales are up but cash is down.

It might mean determining whether a new location makes financial sense.

Or it might mean sitting down with you before you make a major decision and working through the numbers.
